1)Feature:
PTFE filter bags are high in cost compared with other filter bags. They are suitable for the corrosion resistance of harsh condition that require a longer working life of dust filters, such as waste incineration flue gas filtration.
2)Performance:
1. Excellent chemical stability and heat resistance will withstand all strong acids and alkali erosion;
2. Will serve well for gas continuous operating temperature up to 240ºC instant temperature up to 260ºC;
3. Will withstand all kinds fo strong oxidize corrosion hydrolysis performance is excellent;
3. Good flame retardant, insulation, heat insulation, light stability, low coefficient of friction and small adhesion;
4. PTFE filter cloth has excellent filtration efficiency, low and stable differential pressure, easy cleaning, and under the same condition its life is signifficantly longer than other high temperature resistant filter materials.
