Metamax needle felt
Our company adopts metamax fiber from Amrican and Japan to produce Metamax (aramide) needle felt. Aramide has two types meta-aramid and para-aramid. Metamax is the mixture of 95% m-aramid and 5% p-aramid. Metamax needle felt is meta-aramid fiber invented and manufactured by Haotian industrail. NOMEX fibers are from the generic fiber group called meta-aramid. Another brand name from this fiber group is CONEX and NOMEX. .
Temperature resistant: 204~240°C
Metamax needle felt can operate in a continuous temperature of 400°F (204°C) with an excursion up to 425°F (240°C) before thermal degradation occurs.

Metamax filtration bags features:

Types of Heat Resisting Felt Roller

1 )  500 C temperature resistance, 100% Aramid ( Dupont Fiber ) Heat resistant fiber for production.
Fiber introduction: Aramid (Dupont Fiber) fiber can resist instant 550 C, longtime working with high temperature sections material (300 C ~500 C ), will not melt and pollute Sections Aluminum as Aramid (Dupont Fiber) Fiber is Thermo settings.
2 ).  Kevlar Felt, 480C temperature resistant, 70% Aramid (Dupont Fiber) Fiber blended with 30% carbon fiber to get Kevlar Felt.
 

Fiber introduction: carbon fiber is also Thermo Setting material will not melt and pollute sections Aluminum, Kevlar Felt can resist instant 480C, long time working in high temperature conditions ( 280 C ~500C),
felt will be in weightlessness. 30% carbon fiber will take calorific conduction and save production cost.


Types of Heat Resisting Felt Belt ( Kevlar / Nomex Roller / Belt )
1 ). 480 C ~500 C Felt Belt
2 ). Nonporous Felt Blet 480 C ~500 C
3 ). Regular Surface conglutinate Felt Belt, 480C ~500 C.

Application of Kevlar Roll Nomex Felt Belt :
1 .  Applided in walking beam, Felt Roller 100% Aramid (Dupont Fiber). 500 C. 12mm thickness.
2 .  Nonporous felt belt is composed with nonporous scrim and needle punched layer. Different tons of extruder will take different belt,
 

AA class: 3 layer of Aramid (Dupont Fiber) nonporous scrim, tensile strength 35N/ mm, are suitable for
2000tons extruder.
A Class: Composed by 1 layer of Kevlar nonporous scrim,3 layer high strength Polyester scrim. PE layerin the middle can only resist 200 C, suitable for less then 2000 tons extruder.

Working principle

In cement plant:

An Airslide belt is in the middle of a chute. Powder material will come into the chute above Airslide belt. Material will flow to the chute lower side as pneumatic blower down Airslide belt. That's why we say Airslide belt can move powder material because of the wind power. And then, the rest wind will go out from the top of the chute. Through the moving, no parts moved except powder material. So that it can spare more energy and maintain cost, etc.

In fluidization silo:

Our Airslide canvas is installed on the surface of the silo bottom. It is supplied for installation as aeration units on the sloped conical bottoms of bins and silos to aid in the withdrawal of dry relatively free-flowing material.

Each Airslide aeration unit package consists of 200mm open-type. Airslide conveyor units in lengths of 1.5 or 3m depend on the slope length of the conical storage area. Some spoke patterns are normally used with materials which have good fluidization characteristics. Others spoke patterns provide maximum aeration for difficult materials which can be fluidized.

In cement vessel's hold:

The sloped bottom of the cargo hold is covered with fluidizing panels. Our airslide fabric is on the surface of fluidizing panels. Rotary piston blowers supply the panels with oil-free compressed air and make the cement flow to the lowest point, where the discharge gate is installed.
